We designed JB’s Pride’s real estate office as a workspace built for speed, clarity, and everyday connection. The planning is visually porous and well-lit, with a central workspace treated as the heart of the office. Fluted glass partitions keep privacy without breaking sightlines, supporting a transparent, collaborative culture while still giving teams their own zones. The cubicle layout is designed to make day-to-day communication smoother, not louder. The plan balances social and private spaces through a simple central circulation spine. From reception, visitors can move directly to the marketing team, or into meeting and conference rooms for longer discussions and staff gatherings. Pantry and breakout areas sit at either end to give staff privacy and proper pause points through the day. The CEO’s office is placed at the far end with a den, offering focus while staying visually connected to the workspace. Materially, the office carries the brand without turning it into signage: controlled accents of their signature orange, rattan textures for warmth, metal frames for structure and durability, and biophilic elements woven throughout. Natural light and greenery do a lot of the heavy lifting, making the space feel calm, humane, and efficient.
